For this purpose, company can do the partnership with Acer or Siemens etc. These companies are also performing poor as compared to the other market giants. But if these companies make partnership, they may have huge capital for innovation and to expand globally. 5.8- Outsourcing Company may also use the strategy of outsourcing. Outsourcing means to give the charge of one or more sectors of the company to other company, who is at best in that sector or product.
